Here is the critique that you wanted.

Not to offend but my first impression was that this was a paint over but I took a quick glance at the WIP and your Bruce Willis and thought otherwise. There proportions and the rendering on this is really quite excellent with some interesting dynamic lighting. The textures feel real good although I think that the hair could use just a little more refining for the sake of consistency . The pure white back ground white does a neat fade away with the hiar is a little over powering. Perhaps if you did some kind of gradient texture to the background that fades off into the white light to the left. Perhaps like some kind of wall texture. I would also say that it might not be a bad idea to consider cropping the picture different.
